CANCELLATION POLICY
Salon Cancellation Policy I understand that life happens and plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 12 hours notice to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience. Cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. This policy helps me manage my schedule and offer openings to other clients who may be waiting.
